By downloading, installing, or using ZakGT Hostapp and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install ZakGT Hostapp
• Use the Video Editor, Photo Editor, and AI Studio included in your license
• Use the software for personal or commercial purposes as permitted by your license

3. License Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• ❌ Share your account or license key with others
• ❌ Attempt to bypass device-lock protection
• ❌ Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• ❌ Use the software for illegal purposes
• ❌ Modify or create derivative works
• ❌ Sell or redistribute the software

4. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person (multi-accounting is prohibited)
• You must be at least 13 years old to use our services
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

5. Device Licensing Policy

To prevent unauthorized sharing, each license is locked to your device:

• Each license is bound to one device at a time
• Contact support to move your license to a new device
• Hardware changes may trigger automatic re-verification
• Sharing your license with others is a violation of these Terms

6. Payments

• Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record
• See our Refund Policy for our 14-day money-back guarantee
• License prices may change without notice for future purchases
• Chargebacks without first contacting support may result in account termination

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Abusive behavior towards staff or users
• Attempting to exploit or hack our systems
• Chargebacks or payment disputes

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ZAKGT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the application or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
