Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to purchases of the ZakGT Hostapp software license (Video Editor, Photo Editor, and AI Studio, sold as one product) made through our payment partner Paddle.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your ZakGT Hostapp license, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, no detailed justification required.

3. Exclusions

• Requests made after the 14-day window has passed
• Licenses revoked for Terms of Service violations
• Suspected fraud or chargeback abuse

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@zakgt.net with your Paddle order/receipt reference. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

5. Payment Processor

ZakGT Hostapp sales are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, tax, and payment disputes on our behalf.
