Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to purchases of the ZakGT Hostapp software license (Video Editor, Photo Editor, and AI Studio, sold as one product) made through either of our storefronts — LemonSqueezy or Gumroad. The same 14-day money-back guarantee applies whichever storefront you bought through.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your ZakGT Hostapp license, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, no detailed justification required.

3. Exclusions

• Requests made after the 14-day window has passed
• Licenses revoked for Terms of Service violations
• Suspected fraud or chargeback abuse

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@zakgt.net with your order/receipt reference and the storefront you bought through (LemonSqueezy or Gumroad). Approved refunds are processed by that storefront back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

5. Payment Processor

ZakGT Hostapp sales are processed by the storefront you purchase through — LemonSqueezy.com or Gumroad.com. That storefront is our authorized reseller and the Merchant of Record for your purchase, and handles billing, tax, and payment disputes on our behalf.
